Lime Venue Portfolio will be showcasing its collection of unique and unusual venues on March 6 at The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich.
The Unusual Made Easy Showcase will draw together venues from across the UK including museums and leisure destinations, sporting stadiums, the UK’s major racecourses as well as LVP’s preferred suppliers of events services.
Food will be a key focus for the networking event with menus designed by Payne and Gunter and Levy Restaurants which reflect today’s changing and sophisticated palate. The Painted Hall a baroque masterpiece and noted as ‘the finest dining hall in Europe’, will be lit by MCL-AV while music and entertainment will be provided by Sternberg Clark.
Representatives from LVP will be on hand to offer corporate and agency clients advice on individual venues through iPad demonstrations and virtual tours.
In addition, LVP has secured an exclusive agreement with Thames Clippers to transport guests to Greenwich Pier from a purpose built pontoon located on the east end of ExCel to facilitate access for visitors from International Confex. Post event, the boat will head upstream to drop guests in the heart of the capital.
“We have strived hard to put on an event that will showcase some of the UK’s treasure houses and iconic sporting destinations,” says LVP’s head of sales, Jo Austin. “What’s more, guests will be able to experience the fantastic food offering that is such an integral part of the service we provide at all our venues. The Old Royal Naval College is a fitting venue to highlight the scope and diversity of our properties while also showcasing our partners who have helped us to put on this event.”
