St James Palace available for events

According to various reports in today’s press the Queen has given the go-ahead to hiring out space in St James Palace during the Olympics.

Certain royal rooms will be offered for hire with figures mentioned reaching the £30k per day mark. According to The Daily Mail the available dates have all been snapped up.

Revenue received from the initiative wiil be put back into upkeep of royal residencies and other buildings.
