A valentine to remember at Tower Bridge

15 Feb 2012

Tower Bridge Walkways threw a special event on Valentine’s night that saw seven couples deciding to tie the knot.

tower bridgeSeasoned Events and its partners at Tower Bridge Walkways transformed the venue into a romantic setting perfect for couples looking to spend the evening at one of London’s most famous locations.

Suspended 42 metres above the timeless tides of the River Thames, the Walkways welcomed couples to indulge in pink Champagne and chocolates while gazing out over the views of the city at night.  Sweet scented flowers, seductive lighting and live music provided the perfect setting for the couples attending.

Seasoned Events, part of the Crown Group, will now enter the couples that became engaged on the evening into a draw to win free venue hire for their wedding at Tower Bridge.

“We are thrilled that so many people chose to spend Valentine’s night at the walkways, it really was a night to remember for everyone who attended,” says Seasoned Events MD, Colin Sayers. “Tower Bridge is one of London’s, if not the world’s, most unique venues and there are few places that can match the romance that it can generate, particularly on the most romantic date in the year.”
