Take the message to the customers

16 Dec 2011

Mobex, the specialist roadshow exhibition firm, helped ScotRail meet 84,000 customers during a campaign in November.

The company provided two fully branded and mobile exhibition trailers to deliver a 16-venue roadshow through the month as part of ScotRail’s £2million plan to be better prepared for severe winter weather.

During the four-week campaign, 333,000 people saw the trailers and ScotRail staff spoke to over 84,000 commuters who stopped at the roadshows held at different locations throughout Scotland.

The campaign started with one trailer in Inverness working its way south, and the other started in Glasgow. Both trailers finished in Edinburgh.

“Mobex worked with ScotRail visiting locations beforehand where necessary, setting up internet connections on each trailer, printing graphics, providing and training experiential staff, re-stocking when needed, providing statistical information on visitor numbers and being available throughout the opening hours of 7am–7pm,” says Scotland general manager, Stephen Cameron. “Our aim is to ensure our clients just need to turn up ready to work knowing that everything will be ready on time.”
